Cindy,

You did such an admirable job holding that spirited pup during your interview. You obviously feel at home around dogs of all kinds. Congrats on your writing award and the opportunity to bring attention to the rescue and fostering movements. Each of my four kids have rescued pets. My grandson told me when he was in kindergarten, "There is a dog out there just waiting for you, Nana." He's a sweet kid.

Your writing is beautiful and I enjoy getting your newsletter. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Cindy for sharing my Substack AND for guiding that panicked cat owners to my website so they can learn that their cat was likely close and hiding in silence! I LOVE the photo of Coco begging for a treat with that paw, and her expression! Priceless!

I live in MN and had hoped my 4th year vet student daughter was available to watch the screening a few months back. She was committed to her rotation and couldn't get away. I'm glad the link is available to share! Great job with a not so easy subject.
